Every home is walked by a member of our team before each arrival. We check the small things — the things that, added up, make a stay feel considered.
- Fresh linens, pressed and tucked.
- Towels stacked and replaced, not just refolded.
- Every light bulb in working order.
- Dimmers set to a warm evening level by default.
- Water pressure and temperature tested.
- Kitchen pantry basics: coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil.
- Refrigerator cleared and wiped.
- Dishwasher empty; sink and drains checked.
- Wi-Fi tested on two devices; router rebooted.
- Smoke and CO detectors verified.
- Thermostat set to a comfortable room temperature before arrival.
- Blackout curtains and blinds confirmed operational.
- Beds made with the correct sheets, in the correct size.
- Pillows replaced on a published rotation.
- Bathroom amenities restocked: soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion.
- Toilet paper stocked; extras visible.
- Trash cans emptied and lined.
- Entryway swept; shoe tray in place.
- Outdoor seating wiped and cushions dry.
- Grill or fire bowl cleaned if applicable.
- Plants watered; flowers fresh on the table.
- A welcome note, handwritten, on the counter.
- House manual reviewed and updated seasonally.
- Emergency contacts printed and posted.
- Neighbor quiet-hours respected in manual.
- Local recommendations refreshed each month.
- Check-in code or keys confirmed 24 hours before arrival.
- Final walkthrough, every time, by a person.
